| Details: | SUMMARY: Tier 1 Public Notice DETAILS: Bob called this morning at 8:15 am on 9/29/08 to report that all four of the total coliform repeats taken after e.coli positive, came up positive. The results were received on noon on Sunday 9/28. A tier 1 public notice was posted, and mailed to all users within 24 hours. Repeat locations were at the location of e.coli positive, a few connections up, a few down, and at the pump house after the storage tank and after disinfection. ACTION NEEDED: Bob will shock chlorinate the well, as discussed, wait for an adequate amount of time, flush out the distribution system, and resample for total coliform on 9/29. Bob will contact DWP and Clatsop County when results are received. Bob will send copy of public notice to both DWP and Clatsop County within 10 days of posting. DWP to provide assistance as necessary. | ||
