Details:	SUMMARY: Alert total coliform confirmed DETAILS: Spoke with Kyle today about two confirmed total coliform present samples taken 10/30/08, one sample was taken at the same storage tank as the original routine on 10/28/08, the other prensent sample was taken from the wastewater treatment plant. Kyle has increased the cl2 level to between 0.7-1.0 mg/L, normal use is about 0.5 mg/L. Kyle inspected the storage tank over the weekend and didnt notice any obvious problems. We discussed shock chlorinating the tank, Kyle has taken more samples today that will provide more information to base a dicision to shcok or not. They did replace a leak in a service line about a week ago, that might have contributed to the recent problems. I sent him the tier 2 public notice for total coliform unresolved. Advised him to post the notice within 30 days and to send me a copy for file. ACTION NEEDED: Identify and correct problem, post public notice.
