Details: SUMMARY: Piping improvements DETAILS: The City of Sodaville’s water system consists of 5 wells, transmission piping, a 150,000 gallon reservoir, and pumps and pressure tanks to serve the high pressure zone. Water is pumped from the wells to the reservoir. The system has three pressure zones. The High Pressure Zone is pressurized by a booster pump and pressure tank. Sodaville currently has a population of approximately 303 people and 127 connections. The city contacted HBH regarding problems with the reservoir/pump station site. I discussed and looked at the yard piping at the reservoir/pump station site that had recently been uncovered with Karen Corrington and the contractor working on trying to fix the problem. Completed report discussion piping improvements, capacity of 3” pump suction line, and air release valve for water main high point. ACTION NEEDED: None
