| Details: | SUMMARY: TTHM and HAA5 single result exceeded MCL DETAILS: Sampling completed 10/15/08 indicated a TTHM level of 0.0913 mg/l (TTHM MCL = 0.080 mg/l) and an HAA5 level of 0.0681 mg/l (HAA5 MCL = 0.060 mg/l). An MCL violation for DBPs is based upon a running annual averge (RAA) of quarterly samples. The RAA for all 4 quarters in 2008 is TTHM = 0.05777 mg/l and HAA5 = 0.0388 mg/l. The RAA for 2008 is less than that required for and MCL violation and disinfection benchmark profiling and since Gearhart purchases water from Warrenton who installed treatment for DBPs in roughly 2006, no further action is required at this time. Warrentons results for 4th quarter 2008 were below the TTHM and HAA5 MCL. ACTION NEEDED: No further action is required at this time. | ||
