Details: SUMMARY: Enforcement action tracking follow up DETAILS: 1/11/07 Enforcement letter sent to John Razor. 5/24/07: Hiland Water Corp now owns Helton Tracts with Melvin Olsen as the certified operator. 5/25/07: Contacted Melvin to provide a public notice. 8/3/07: Melvin provided copy of disinfection plan review paperwork he submitted to DHS DWP. 5/17/07: Provided assistance to Melvin with Emergency Response Plan. Plan completed and reviewed. 5/29/07: Written coliform sampling plan submitted by Melvin. 8/30/07: Talked with Melvin regarding requirements of the AO. Melvin will send a letter about the source water monthly samples, daily Cl log and letter stating cl for distribution protection. 10/18/07: Talked with Melvin regarding requirements of the AO. Melvin was informed that the cross connection control program requirements are the last of the required issues needing completion. A return to compliance letter can be issued when the system completes this last task. He told me it would be done in a week and that he had all the information required. I had called to leave messages 9/26/07, 10/4/07 and 10/17/07. Nov.7,2007 & Nov.14, 2007, Provided assistance to Melvin regarding positive total coliform detections. June 2008: Site visit to verify deficiencies corrected and disinfection system installed. 8/8/08: DHS notification of compliance with AO for WS received. ACTION NEEDED: none
