Details:	SUMMARY: Reviewed status of construction & CT calculations for surface water report DETAILS: The new transmission line, chlorine contact chamber, and modifications to the 1 million gallon reservoir are complete. These facilities were put into service on 12/03. The total contact volume is now estimated to be 90,000 gallons, discounting the 1 million gallon reservoir. Rehabilitation work was also done on Well #2 and a 24 hour pump test indicated 135 gpm. The well flow had previously been 70 gpm. The well bore was televised and there was no indication of comingling or cascading water. ACTION NEEDED: City will begin using new contact volume for CT calculations, but meter flow measurements will still be taken at the old meter until the project is completed. A tracer study is needed to determine actual CT criteria. Tracer study information was submitted to Anderson-Perry Engineers on 12/03/2008.
