| Details: | SUMMARY: Tetrachloroethylene detect from well #6 DETAILS: I spoke with Derrick about the 10/15/08 PCE sample from well #6 of 4.4 micrograms per liter (or 0.0044 milligrams per liter). Running annual average of last four samples is 4.11 micrograms per liter. Derrick mentioned Fairview is trying to minimize usage of well 6. Running annual average is hovering near MCL. ACTION NEEDED: Fairview to continue quarterly monitoring for PCE at well #6. | ||
