Details: SUMMARY: No chlorine residual on routine bacti for November 08 DETAILS: I called Bob and informed him of the lack of a chlorine residual from the sample taken at City Hall. He said they had a good residual at the reservoir that day. I asked him to follow up with residual monitoring in the distribution and possibly have a tracer study performed. ACTION NEEDED: follow up on chlorine residual on routine sampling
