Details:	SUMMARY: Alert for Total Coliform DETAILS: Received alert for this facility this afternoon. Called facility contact Mr Vernon Nelson to discuss. He was aware of results but did not have coliform sampling plan and needed guidance on what to do to followup. I notified him that he needed to collect 4 Repeat samples as soon as possible. He is in remote location so lab is sending sampling bottles that he should receive tomorrow. I also notified him that he needs to collect 5 Routine samples in March. I also suggested that he go to our website for document on how to develop coliform sampling plan. Given the lack of positive coliform hits in the past I suspect the problem was sampling error. We reviewed proper sampling techniques. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for results. Assist with Coliform Sampling Plan.
