Details:	SUMMARY: Routine Coliform samples collected for February. DETAILS: Dick Davis had been flushing the reservoir the previous week, and had added 5 gallons of MIOX to the reservoir on 2/13. The continuous chlorinator is also working at capacity, but apparently the chlorine demand is so high there is no chlorine residual left in the distribution system. Five samples were taken but no chlorine was found in residual measurements (except the transmission line tap). The only sample that was total coliform positive was taken at the Mazak residence (1st service below the reservoir). This residence has treatment units including a water softener and iron removal. The outside hose bib used for the coliform sample is also treated water (previously thought only household water treated). This location has been positive several times (likely due to treatment units) and therefore should be eliminated as a sample site. This sample marked special. ACTION NEEDED: One more routine sample for February is required to complete the 5 temporary Routines.
