Details:	SUMMARY: Positive total coliform 12-1-08 DETAILS: 12-4-08 I left a message on Dennis voice mail inquiring about whether or not repeat samples had been collected and if not, to collect them today. 12-5-08 Dennis called me and said that he collected four repeat samples and turned them into the lab yesterday and that he has contracted with the lab to collect samples from now on. 12-5-08 Scott Kilpatrick, owner, called to give me this contact info: 650-868-0738 and to discuss the positive sample.
