Details:	SUMMARY: Follow up on VOC and SOC testing violation DETAILS: System is a year late on their testing, I have made numerous inquiries and encouragements to get them to test. They faxed me some results. I called Teresa Mireles of Umpqua testing labs to verify that all the necessary testing has been done. She assured me that all the tests have been done and will be faxed to DHS. ACTION NEEDED: More tests to be submitted directly from lab.
