Details: SUMMARY: Emergency Response Plan (ERP) consult DETAILS: I provided regulatory assistance to Bob in completion of ERP. I went over the minimum requirements and went through each page of the plan with him answering questions about each topic. Mr. Horning was able to complete the ERP at the time of the on site consultation. The plan was not complete prior to this consult. ACTION NEEDED: none
