Possible Loan Conditions may include: Verification of ERP update 100% metering Check demand flowrates from summer 2008 to determine they are significantly less than the 3,060 gpm flowrate that would trigger another tracer study Assure leak detection feature is part of the automatic meters City proposes to purchase ACTION NEEDED: City will work with Pete to complete report by next week.
