Details:	SUMMARY: Reporting violation DETAILS: Spoke with Mr. Flinter regarding lack of coliform reporting for fourth quarter. He stated that he had submitted samples in December. The lab had submitted coliform samples under the Nestucca Valley Elementary school name. The lab has since corrected the problem. ACTION NEEDED: No further action required.
