| Details: | SUMMARY: Plan review on existing well DETAILS: I returned a call from Steve Pitkin regarding Oneys Restaurant re-opening. Maureen Taylor with Clatsop Co was also on the call. We discussed the required elements needed to be submitted for plan review (arsenic, nitrate, coliform samples from the well, schematic showing hazards within 100-ft of the well, distribution system schematic, building occupancy permit for the new restaurant, documentation showing 100-ft radius of control around the well). Steve said that land the well is located on is privately owned. I told him that he would likely need a restrictive easement, but that DWP would investigate options or the potential for a construciton standard waiver. ACTION NEEDED: Tom Pattee (DWP hydrogeologist) is reviewing the well log and investigating a waiver of the 100-ft radius of control. A site visit was scheduled at 9 am for Friday, May 22nd to evaluate construction of facilities with Steve Pitkin, Maureen Taylor, and Evan Hofeld. Maureen Taylor was assisting with meeting gathering plan review documents. | ||
