Details:	SUMMARY: Discussed recent request for extension to administrative order DETAILS: The system has requested a third extension to the adminsitrative order issued in February 2008. I called Kris Lowrie to request specific information before granting the extension. I requested the system provide a letter or email listing specifically what actions the system has taken up to this point to get the arsenic rermoval system working and why, what problems have been encountered, what actions the system is planning to take in the future to return to compliance, and when the system expects the arsenic removal to be working such that their water is below the MCL for arsenic. ACTION NEEDED: Await information from water system before granting extension.
