Details:	SUMMARY: Alert- Tetrachloroethylene detection DETAILS: City of Veneta received an alert for tetrachloroethylene sample date 5/12/09 with a result of 0.00085 mg/L which is below the MCL of 0.005 mg/L. Left a message with Kyle indicating to take a confirmation sample at same location to verify accurate result. If average of initial sample and confirmation sample are below detection limit, no more action required. If average of two samples are above detection limit, quarterly monitoring for at least two quarters is required. ACTION NEEDED: confirmation sample asap.
