Details:	SUMMARY: Discussed deadlines in NoV and public notice DETAILS: I received a fax and phone call from Laura regarding the arsenic levels at the system and the subsequent Notice of Violation. I received a progress report and other information regarding the actions the system has taken. I called Laura to notify her that the public notice I received did not meet the public notice requirements, and directed her to the template provided by Greg Deblase. She is going to post the appropriate notice and fax me a copy. We also discussed the need for an extension to the plan review deadline. After discussing the systems progress they have enough information to submit plans immediately and only need to determine the final size of the media tank and location of the installed unit. I told her that she can submit the plans now and provide the final information regarding tank size and placement after construction. ACTION NEEDED: Await the submittal of the appropriate public notice and the plan review documents before June 30.
