Details:	SUMMARY: Chemical late/Non reporting DETAILS: Received email from Betsy Parry from state office. Betsy and Amy Parmenter conducted a sanitary survey in spring 2008 and discovered the maintenance shop had a separate well, UV unit, and only supplied the maintenance shop building which was enough to qualify as a state regulated system. This system had been doing their required water sampling (quarterly coliform, annual nitrate) for the main water system and also had been having the Delta Lab collect samples from the maintenance shop system for years, but the shop samples had always been marked special instead of routine hence they were never reported to the state database. Delta is now aware of the situation and future samples will be marked routine. ACTION NEEDED: Coliform attached for 4th quarter 2007. Also 1st, 2nd, 3rd & 4th quarter 2008. Arsenic and nitrate samples will be tested this week.
