| Details: | SUMMARY: New water system to be activated in late June, Plan Review 140-2005 DETAILS: Plans for this system were submitted in 2005, but the system was not activated. The well L54511 was drilled in 2003, and Tom Pattee approved the well construction by e-mail memo on 6/10/2005. However, he noted that the amount of cement grout may not be adequate. Therefore, the approval specifies that if coliform bacteria occurs, well reconstruction may be required. We discussed water sampling required including, quarterly Coliform Bacteria, annual Nitrate, and one time Arsenic. ACTION NEEDED: DWP to set up public water system ID number. Wasco County staff to complete plan review inspection. Water system to collect and report required water quality test results. | ||
