Details:	SUMMARY: UV disinfection DETAILS: Amy Parmenter and I conducted a plan review field visit. Assisted Tod in developing a pH testing schedule for setting operating ph for new corrosion control system. Lead & copper samples were taken the week prior to our visit and another set of five will be taken in 6 months. pH reading at visit was 7.2. Tod was instructed to buy a temperature compensating pH meter. He was also instructed to target pH at 7.3 and see if results are below action level. Reviewed schedule and UV light disinfection system that has been installed for several years. Tom Charbonneau sent a letter to the installer in 8/08 requesting more information. The letter was not responded to. ACTION NEEDED: Review readings and tests in 6 months. The checklist was forwarded to Tom Charbonneau electronically for his review.
