Details:	SUMMARY: Arsenic alert DETAILS: I have spoken with Alan and he said they are continuing to work with Tim Otis at Cascade Earth Sciences to get their TP to reduce arsenic levels below the MCL. Alan mentioned they have had some problems with equipment failure and had to replace a flow meter and back flush tank. I reminded him that a public notice needs to be issued quarterly and routine monitoring for arsenic is required quarterly as well and that any changes to the treatment process will have to be approved by Tom Charbonneau at the state. ACTION NEEDED: follow up
