Details: SUMMARY: routine sample analysis DETAILS: Sue Coffey confirmed Unity sent in their 5 Routine samples the week of July 20th. This was at the same time as the labs decertification. She attempted to notify the system on July 30th that the samples were not processed. By the time the system was notified, it was too late to get samples resubmitted. ACTION NEEDED: none
