| Details: | SUMMARY: Sanitary defect follow up DETAILS: I met with Wayne regarding the lack of a certified operator, 3 or 4 or the board members are planning to attend the operator certification class for small groundwater systems and take over routine operation of the system. Since the last survey every house now has a double check valve at the service and theirs are tested annually. They now have enabling authority in the bylaws. We reviewed the need to test and record chlorine residual daily. They plan to contact Teresa at Umpqua Research and have her do their CCR for 2008 ACTION NEEDED: System to continue working on deficiencies. | ||
