Details:	SUMMARY: Monitoring violation DETAILS: Coliform result for January to March quarter was three days late…April 13th . I called Steve at Pyxis Lab and he said that he mailed them on April 8th or 9th. He thought that post marked date was OK. I told him they had to be received by the state by the 10th. He said that bad weather this quarter delayed sample run until late March and he had trouble getting there very large report ready for mailing. He said that he felt that he had let down hi clients and as a remedy he plans to go to electronic submission of all sample results from now on. ACTION NEEDED: Submit results on time in the future.
