Details:	SUMMARY: Violation investigation DETAILS: Coliform result for January to march quarter was received by the state three days late, April 13th. April 14th I called Steve at Pyxis Lab in Redmond and he said that he mailed them on April 8th or 9th. He thought postmarked by the 10th was OK. He said bad weather delayed the sample run until late March and that he had trouble getting the very large report ready for mailing on time. He said that he felt that he had let down his clients and as a remedy he plans to go to electronic submission of all sample results from now on. ACTION NEEDED: Submit results on time in the future.
