Details:	SUMMARY: Discussed Notice of Violation deadlines and possible extension DETAILS: I called Matthew Moore to discuss our current Notice of Violation issued to the water system and the deadlines included therein. Mr. Moore stated that he is in the process of putting plans together for submission and is waiting for the plumbing company to submit some cost estimates before he turns in the plans to us. He will be submitting a request for extension within the next several days which I stated will be granted so long as the suggested deadlines are reasonable. Mr. Moore also brought up several concerns regarding the language in the Violation letter and also how the program issued the letter. I discussed the change in personnel at Dept. of Agriculture just before the letter was mailed, but apologized as ultimately I was responsible for not ensuring better communication with the system before I mailed the letter. ACTION NEEDED: Await letter requesting extension of deadlines in Notice of Violation and issue amendment letter allowing the system additional time to complete construction of a nitrate treatment system. New deadlines will most likely allow the system to complete the project after the hazelnut processing system ends in early 2010.
