Details:	SUMMARY: Coliform monitoring violation DETAILS: Contacted Laurel on whether or not the firm had completed the 2nd quarter coliform test and that it wasnt posted. The firm had to take 5 routines in February after positives and all were negative. I contacted Pendleton lab who performs testing and they had not received any samples during the 2nd quarter. ACTION NEEDED: Take coliform sample ASAP during this month to make up for the missed 2nd quarter. If negative firm should resume quarterly monitoring and recommended the samples be taken in the beginning of each quarter to assure sample results are posted.
