Details:	SUMMARY: Flow Meter Recommendations DETAILS: Toledo Water Utilities owns and operates a water treatment plant (WTP) and distribution system that serves a population of approximately 3,585 people through 1,325 connections within the system. Water is treated from the Siletz River and Mill Creek. Linda Hughes with the City had previously contacted HBH to provide assistance regarding the City’s ability to perform a CT Tracer Study. Upon inspection of the plant, it was determined that the installation of flow meters would be needed to perform the CT testing. I researched appropriate flow meters for the required applications. Produced cost estimates for the system to add needed metering. I completed recommendations report. ACTION NEEDED: None at this time.
