Details: SUMMARY: none DETAILS: Positive routine on 8/17/09 positive. Called operator Mike 8/19/09 and left message to take 4 repeats immediately. Spoke with lab and 4 repeats had already been taken last night 8/18. Repeats were from original, upstream, downstream and well. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for results and take corrective action if necessary. Take 5 temporary routines in September regardless.
