Details:	SUMMARY: Missing nitrate samples 2006-2008 DETAILS: EMAILED CHRIS REGARDING MISSING NITRATE. HE FAXED ME COPIES OF THE SAMPLES FROM 2006-2008. THESE WERE FORWARDED TO THE STATE. WE DISCUSSED THE NEED TO TAKE A SAMPLE FOR 2009 BY THE END OF APRIL. I ALSO TOLD HIM THAT THE RESULTS NEED TO BE EITHER MAILED OR FAXED TO THE STATE, DO NOT RELY ON THE LAB TO SEND THE RESULTS. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor for 2009 sample
