| Details: | SUMMARY: Checked on Public Notice status DETAILS: Hans says he has been working with the Public Notice template, but it is slow going due to his lack of computer skills. He remembers he had questions on how to fill in some of the blanks-- I encouraged him to contact us about those questions. He will email me a copy as soon as the Notice is done. The PWS has been out of compliance on Public Notice requirements since letter was sent in May, 2009. Hans also plans to contact Fred Kalish soon to discuss whether possible future surface water regulations could affect his choice of filtration system. They are currently pursuing the option of a slow sand container system. ACTION NEEDED: Await copy of Public Notice. | ||
