| Details: | SUMMARY: Algae advisory for Blue Lake DETAILS: Rob and I discussed the 10/14/09 algae advisory for Blue Lake, the subsequent toxin results, and implications for IWPUD. IWPUD (Interlachen) has not used well #4 since 10/14, as this the closest well to the lake, and is unconfined. Fairview providing water to the 11 homes normally served by #4. He has received a few taste & odor complaints from residents, because Fairviews water is chlorinated. ACTION NEEDED: IWPUD to continue to not use well #4, until advisory is lifted for Blue Lake. At that time, Rob indicated IWPUD may wish to sample #4 for toxins, just to make sure no toxins present in their well. IWPUD to consult w/ DWP before well placed back on-line. DWP to forward any future toxin analysis results of lake to IWPUD and provide support. | ||
