Details:	SUMMARY: TCR violation DETAILS: The system should have done five temporary routines for October, following a TC + routine sample (and the required 4 repeats) in September. They only submitted one sample, apparently being unaware of the requirement for 5 temporary routine samples. It is too late now for them to submit these samples. ACTION NEEDED: Called system and left message reminding of sampling requirements in these situations. Instructed them to resume normal sampling.
