Details:	SUMMARY: Called regarding no routine colliform samples following repeat samples. DETAILS: Called Martin St Louis and informed him that the water system was suppose to 4 repeat samples following a positive coliform sample and then 5 routine coliform samples the month after if the 4 repeat samples are clean. Martin collected the 4 repeat samples the month following a positive coliform sample and then the 5 routine samples were not collected in October. ACTION NEEDED: Collect one routine coliform sample in the 4th quarter 2009, otherwise another violation will be generated.
