Details:	SUMMARY: Arsenic violation DETAILS: 11/25/09 I called Dan and discussed the missed sample and their progress towards installing an arsenic treatment system. 12/22/09 Neilson Research confirmed that an arsenic sample was submitted on 12/17/09, results not known. I spoke with Dan regarding the MCL violation and emailed him a public notice and asked him to send me a copy when he has filled it out. ACTION NEEDED: Public notice needs to be completed and distributed ASAP. Need to continue to work with the DWP in Medford to finish the plan review process and begin installation of the arsenic treatment system.
