Details: SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Call to Dave to discuss alert. He was aware of the alert and was sending out someone to resample 12/4/09. Dave believes the cause of the positive results was from sampler error, and the location of the sample. ACTION NEEDED: Water system plans to resample with 4 repeat samples as required. Need 5 routine samples January 2010
