| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform 12/21/09 DETAILS: Called Jack and left message to take 4 repeat samples and since they do not chlorinate, one of the 4 needs to be a source sample but it will count as repeat. 12/28/09 - Showed up onsite for survey and Jack indicated the repeat samples had already been taken by the lab. He said one of the samples were taken at well and the other three were taken in the distribution system. I let know that if all were negative to be sure to take 5 temporary routine samples for the month of January. He said he would be sure they are taken. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up testing and respond if necessary. | ||
