Details:	SUMMARY: Plan Review 22-2007. City has hired a different engineering firm to complete project. DETAILS: The City Council has released Anderson-Perry & Associates, Inc. and hired Tetra Tech Engineers of Richland, WA to complete the water system project. The Council also released Swaggart Brothers contractors from the project. The overall project is 99% complete, and the remaining work is primarily the 12 inch water main to be constructed in Highway 730. This portion of the project was postponed to review alignment issues and cost. Tetra Tech is expected to design this work and go out to bid in early 2010. ACTION NEEDED: Final project certification check list to be submitted by Anderson-Perry Engineers or City of Irrigon for Plan Review 22-2007. New plans to be submitted by Tetra Tech Engineers, and new plan review number to be assigned.
