Details:	SUMMARY: Tracer Study #2 DETAILS: System has recently activated a new membrane WTP at the Row River WTP facility replacing the existing package treatment plant. DWP is requiring a chlorine contact time tracer study as the flow has increased greater than 10%. I finished the data review and evaluated the information to determine chlorine contact time for the part of the system from the WTP to the Parshall flume at the reservoir. I completed the CT study report and sent it to Ray Pardee and Casey Lyon, DWP for review and comment. This study determined the minimum amount of chlorine contact time available up to the Knox Hill reservoirs under maximum operating conductions. The study was done in conjunction with, but conducted separately from CT study #1, which determined chlorine contact time to the first user after the reservoirs. The chlorine contact time was determined to be 54 minutes. ACTION NEEDED: None unless requested.
