Details:	SUMMARY: DBP Violation Fourth Quarter 2009 DETAILS: Contacted Martin to inform him that Panther Creek WD received violation for failure to report DBP for fourth quarter of 2009. He will check and see if he collected sample. If not, he understands that he must report the violation in his 2009 CCR. If he did sample in a timely manner, he will contact Chuck Michael to correct violation report. ACTION NEEDED: None at this time.
