Details:	SUMMARY: Follow up on positive coliform DETAILS: System took 5 temporary routines on 12/29/09 and one of those samples was positive. Due to the holiday repeats were taken on 1/5/10. All of the 4 repeats were positive. Violation notice has been posted. ACTION NEEDED: One of the repeat samples should have been taken from the well that was in service at the time of the positive results. A sample is scheduled for 1/7/10 from the source. Update coliform sampling plan to take in account the triggered monitoring use consistent names for sampling locations. Review sampling techniques to assure samples are not contaminated at time of draw. Contact a consultant to look into the possible cross connection issues in the distribution system. They may be able to identify a potible/nonpotable intertie. The water system may want to have the distribution pressure tested to evaluate the system for possible water loss and possible siphoning into the water distribution system.
