Details:	SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Scott called to inform me that all 5 routines came back positive. I called Jay to find out if he had spoken to the regional geologist yet. He said Amy and Sean havent given him an answer yet. We decided to have Scott go ahead and turn in plans for disinfection. When I spoke to Scott he told me that he had Star water come out today, 2/18/10 and hook up the old soda ash container with chlorine. He said they are not allowing anyone to drink the water, they are using bottled water and they do not do any food prep at this location. I told him he could not use that without going through plan review. I referred him to the circuit rider program. ACTION NEEDED: none
