Details:	SUMMARY: Violation response DETAILS: Met with new operator and explained water testing requirements. Also discussed coliform sample plan, and Emergency Response Plan (ERP). Donna requested water sample instruction as she has never sampled before. We agreed to meet in about two weeks. ACTION NEEDED: System info sheet to be submitted by Curry Co Health. Water test visit to be scheduled.
