| Details: | SUMMARY: Treatment technique violation DETAILS: For a 16 hour time period during the days of 12/27 and 12/28/09 there was no chlorine being fed at the treatment plant. This was due to a pump failure, and resulted in a low chlorine residual in one area of the system. After consulting the DWP, a Tier 2 public notice was issued on 1/13/10 to the affected customers. Bacti tests immediately after and since the event have been negative. ACTION NEEDED: None. | ||
