Details:	SUMMARY: Coliform Positive Assistance DETAILS: HBH was contacted by Paula Dehunt in regards to a positive coliform test result. McLain Village serves 100 people through 14 connections. Water is supplied via a well where it goes to a large pressure tank and then out to the distribution system. I visited the system to inspect well head for possible sources of contamination. There appears to be a fair amount of moisture around the well head during periods of heavy pumping. Recommended running a camera down the well that will let system know if the well seal is decent shape and if the pitless adaptor has failed. This may be the source of the surface contaminates that are causing the coliform. ACTION NEEDED: Follow-up coliform investigation is needed.
