Details:	SUMMARY: Coliform Positive Investigation DETAILS: The Happy Hollow WC serves approximately 70 people through 23 connections. Water is supplied via a well and pumped to a reservoir where it is then distributed to its consumers. HBH was contacted by Mr Edwards to provide assistance with positive coliform results from tests taken at the well. The results of the coliform tests have been intermittent and Mr Edwards has been having difficulty in locating the source of the problem. I visited the system to inspect well site for possible contamination points. Assisted Mr Edwards with proper sampling taking techniques. Pulled well logs to review well seal configuration. Provided information as to providing better protection of the well head to prevent further coliform results. ACTION NEEDED: None at this time.
