Details:	SUMMARY: Another Broken Main in Haven Acres DETAILS: Fred called to report that they were out of water again and that the Developer had sent a letter to the City notifying them that he could no longer maintain the Haven Acres system due to lack of funds. I called Fred Back to notify him that Chris Hughes had already spoken to Scott Shulda (DRC operator for Clatskanie) earlier in the morning and that the City was going to make the necessary repairs to restore water again. I also told Fred that a meeting was set up between Joe Carslon (DWP), Chris Hughes (DWP), and Shannon OFallon with the AGs office (ODOJ) on Monday, April 12th to discuss the Haven Acres and that I would let him know the outcome of that meeting. ACTION NEEDED: DWP to continue follow-up.
