Details:	SUMMARY: Non reporting nitrates in 2009 DETAILS: The city recorder that used to be partly responsible for making sure testing was done on time no longer works for the city. The water records are not in good order. I have talked with the new office person and have given them some guidance into the necessary testing. The 2009 test was not taken because of the position turn over. The 2010 test is now scheduled for this coming week. ACTION NEEDED: I have appt with new city staff to explain the required testing and to show the system the state data system. They are also late on Arsenic, VOC and SOC and Rads. Pb-Cu test is due in 2010 June-Sept.
